Start with one walk a day. Dance. Do breathwork. Move with no metrics. Let your body remember it’s safe to feel.

3. Marriage/Meaningful Connections:

You can’t feel joy when you feel isolated or unseen. Emotional numbness often reveals where you’ve been over-performing and under-connecting.

Reclaim it:
Ask: Who knows the real me right now?
Send one raw voice note. Ask for help. Be witnessed.

4. Money:

Financial growth without fulfillment leads to internal poverty. We’ve been told to chase income over alignment, but money made from misalignment will always feel empty.

Reclaim it:
Audit your money motives. Is this launch, deal, or offer aligned with who you actually are? Or just who you think you need to be?
